Conditioning Intensifies as season draws closer

Due to the absence of lifiting, the Lindenwood Univeristy Baseball team has had to turn to running outdoors. Since the Staph outbreak, the Lions have been banned from team lifting and instead are working entirely outside, working on agilities and stamina. You can see the team often running along the peremiter of the Lindenwood campus, or playing flag football down across from the baseball field. Anything to keep the athletes in shape until the staph infection problem is taken care of.
